When and where is the Summer Soiree Auction?

How do I purchase tickets?

Will I be guaranteed a seat?

  • This event is a cocktail style event. There will be casual bar type seating. See details on buying a VIP Table on the auction page if you want to guarantee a dedicated seat with friends!

Can kids attend?

  • We do love our kids, but you must be 21+ to attend this event.

How much is a ticket?

  • Early bird pricing is $75 for 1 individual ticket through July 12th.  

  • Price goes up to $85 starting July 13th.

  • Each ticket includes 2 drink tickets and heavy appetizers.

What is a VIP Table?

  • Want to guarantee you have a seat…….and sit with friends and family? Buy a VIP table for $1,200! With the VIP table you will have your own table with 8 reserved seats for you and 7 of your friends and/or family. The VIP Table includes 8 auction tickets, 16 drink tickets, and two bottles of Efeste wine (one white, one red). There will be a small gift at each reserved seat. There are limited VIP tables so don’t wait to purchase.

What is the “All-In” Package?

  • Bundle and Save!! There are 3 raffle/games that you can purchase the night of the auction. The “All-In” allows you to buy game tickets ahead of time at a discounted price. You cannot buy the “All-In” the night of the auction.

  • The “All-In” is $79 for $100 value and includes 1 ticket for each game.  

  • You can buy additional tickets for each game the night of the auction.

  • Games and price:

    • Falcon Egg- Each egg is instant winner with a chance to win a hot air balloon ride for 2. $30 night of auction

    • Game (Plinko)- $26 night of auction (night of you can buy 5 for $100) Yes, it’s Plinko from the Price Is Right

    • Heads or Tails- $44 night of auction This game the MC will direct you to select “heads” or “tails”. MC will flip a coin and those participants whose choice matches the coin stays standing. Everyone else sits down.  Will continue until there is one remaining.

Can I purchase tickets at the door?

  • Yes, however, we encourage you to purchase tickets by July 29th, so we can more accurately determine the amount of food needed based on the tickets sold.

What should I wear?

  • Wear what you feel most comfortable in, spirit wear to cocktail!

Do I have to be a parent/guardian of a WHS football player to attend?

  • No! The auction is open to the community! The FGIC is so thankful for how much the community supports our players so please feel free to invite anyone who wants to support the FGIC and have a fun night out! We would love for you to invite your grandparents, neighbors, aunts, and uncles. 

Where does all the money raised go?

  • All of the proceeds go to the FGIC and then in return go to the program to support the coaches and players. Things like team dinners, equipment, uniforms and much more! (portion of raise the paddle will go to Parker Moore Foundation)

What can I expect at the Summer Soiree?

  • We promise to make the Summer Soiree a summer event for the books! We will have both a silent and LIVE auction, heavy appetizers, and exciting games. We have a great MC that will keep us entertained all night! It will be a wonderful evening with a perk of supporting our football players!

Do I have to be at the auction to bid on items?

  • We want everyone to attend but understand we are all busy. We will have remote bidding available for silent auction items for those not present. A few days prior to the event we will release the items and you can start bidding from your phone or computer! Stay tuned for more information and registration details.

Is it a cash or open bar?

  • Remember you will have 2 drink tickets but will be able to purchase additional drinks. There will be both alcoholic (beer and wine) and non-alcoholic drinks available.

What do I do if I win an item?

  • Congrats and thank you! At the end of the night, we will have a check out process and you will be given your winning items.

  • If you won an item and are not at the auction, you will need to coordinate for pick up with Beth at bethgrothen@gmail.com.

I want to volunteer the night of the auction!
