Coach Pluschke has been coaching football at the high school level since 1994. Mike has been with Woodinville Football since 2013 as the QB’s Coach and the Offensive Coordinator. He has been an assistant coach at Redmond, Ellensburg, Eastside Catholic, Archbishop Murphy and Cedarcrest. He was a head football coach in the KingCo conference for 9 years at Juanita and Redmond High Schools. Mike has also been the Head Track Coach at both Juanita and Redmond High School as well for 6 years. Mike is a National Board accredited teacher and has earned his Masters degree from Seattle Pacific University, and his BA from Central Washington University.

Coach Pluschke is a teacher at Redmond High School where he teaches Physical Education. Mike is the Head Fastpitch Coach at Redmond HS where his 2022 Team won the 4A State Championship. Mike has Coached Track, Baseball and Both Boys and Girls Basketball at the HS level. Mike has a tremendous supporting cast including his Head Coach at home, Kristine (his wife of 26 years), and his favorite players of all time are Zane (his 23 year old son) and Payton (his 21 year old daughter).  Mike enjoys playing darts, golf, going fishing and watching movies.
